Share Report Functionality
Reports can be e-mailed to external parties by utilizing the Share functionality. To share a report, click

An e-mail pop-up will open with standard e-mail messaging functionality located at the top. A valid e-mail address must be provided in order to share reports successfully.
Checkboxes on E-mail Pop-up | Description |

Include attachment of current report | Attaches a .pdf version of the selected report to the e-mail. |
Include hyperlink to current report | Attaches a URL link to navigate the recipient to the current version of the selected report. If additional data was added since the e-mail was sent, the GTV report will reflect the most up-to-date version.

The recipient must have an ONESOURCE Global Trade Visibility user account in order to read the report. |
Include latest note from current report | Attaches the most current associated note from the selected report. |
The e-mail pop-up also includes options to change the font and format of the e-mail body. The templates drop-down is populated with all previously saved GTV templates. Templates can be managed via the GTV E-mail Templates option located in the Global Trade Visibility menu option.
