Static BOM Report

The
Static Bom Report
 screen can be used to generate a Bill of Material report of a finished product. This screen can be accessed under the
Reports
 sub-menu.
To generate a report.
  1. Click the
    Report Format
     dropdown and select the format option you want to generate the report. You can also check the box next to
    Send Report Generation Complete Email
     to receive the report via email.
  2. Insert the
    Parent Product Num
    . This field has type-ahead capabilities making it quick and easy to find specific parent product numbers.
    important
    This field is mandatory and cannot be left blank.
  3. Click the
    Bom Type
     dropdown and select the appropriate option to the report you want to generate.
  4. Click the
    Base Date
     to select a date of vigency of the Static BOM or leave it blank.
  5. In the
    BOM View
     option, select
    Exploded
     or
    Single Level
     according to your need and structure.
  6. Click
    Generate
    , on the top right corner, after inserting all required information.
  7. Your generated report will be displayed in a table. Click the title link to open the file in the selected format.
important
You can only generate a Static BOM Report if the BOM product had been previously registered. The
ADRESS
 field in the Report Static BOM retrieves information from the Global code: MX_ADDRESS_REPORTS. For the information to appear in the report, data must be entered into the Global code.
