Transfer Notice (Aviso de Traslado) – Loading of Transferred Goods
To load transferred goods.
- Go to theTransfer Noticescreen and choose the file to which the goods will be loaded.
- Once this file has been identified, hover over its drop-down menu on the left.

- From the available menu, selectLoad.

Certain status types (e.g. AUTHSENT, MODIFIED) cannot be loaded. If you attempt to load an invalid status type, an error message will appear at the top of the screen:


If you load a valid status type (e.g. LOADOK, ENTERED), the system will launch the loading process. All goods contained in each of the applicable invoices will then be linked to the transfer notice and a confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen:

EDITING AN EXISTING TRANSFER NOTICE (MAINTENANCE)
To review the detail of goods within a transfer notice (and modify as needed).
- Go to theTransfer Noticescreen and choose a file to review.
- Once this file has been identified, hover over its drop-down menu on the left and selectMaintain.

Certain status types (e.g. “AUTHSENT”) cannot be modified. If you attempt to modify an invalid status type, an error message will appear at the top of the screen:

If you attempt to modify a valid status type, the
Maintain Transfer Notice
pop-up will appear on the screen.Make any necessary changes and then click
Save Header
.
CREATING A SHIPPING FILE
After the transferred goods have been loaded, it will then become possible to create a shipping file.
To create a shipping file.
- Go to theTransfer Noticescreen and choose a record in which to add a shipping file.
- Once this record has been identified, hover over its drop-down menu on the left and selectCreate Transfer Notice File.

The system will then generate the shipping file. Once the file is created, a system message will appear on the screen:

These files can be saved locally by right clicking on the file.
LOADING A RESPONSE FILE
After you have the response file, it must be loaded into the system.
- Go to theProcess Result Filesscreen.
- SelectTransfer Notice File Resultsfrom the drop-down list, and then clickUpload Result File.

- Select the response file that corresponds to the sending file and then clickUpload.

- ClickLoad Filesand choose the answer file that corresponds to the sending file. The system will then perform any corresponding validations. If no errors occur during the file loading process, theApplybutton will become available.
If the result file type is
VALIDATION ACKNOWLEDGMENT
, clicking Apply
will apply the corresponding changes. The record will update to an AUTH
(Authorized) status, meaning it is now possible to start operations with this company.
If the result file type is ERROR, the system will update the status of the record to AUTHERR (Authorization Error).

In this scenario, go back to
Maintain
, make any necessary corrections, and resubmit the shipping file for authorization.
PRINTING A TRANSFER NOTICE
To print a transfer notice.
- Go to theTransfer Noticescreen and determine which transfer notice you want to print.
- Once this record has been identified, hover over its drop-down menu on the left and selectPrint Aviso de Traslado.

The system will then start the printing process and generate a document link. Clicking on this link will open the document in another internet browser tab.

DELETING A TRANSFER NOTICE
To delete a transfer notice.
- Go to theTransfer Noticescreen and determine which transfer notice you want to delete.
- Once this record has been identified, hover over its drop-down menu on the left and clickDelete.

A transfer notice can only be deleted if it is not linked to an invoice and/or is missing a validation signature. If the record has a validation signature and/or is linked to an invoice; an error message will appear on the top of the screen:

If the record is not linked to an invoice and/or is missing a validation signature, a confirmation pop-up will appear on the screen. Click
OK
to proceed or Cancel
to drop all changes and return to the MX Transfer Notice
screen.
