Product Lookup
The ONESOURCE Lookup screen is a cross-platform functionality that provides a high-level overview of all records stored in a given ONESOURCE product. It is typically used as the landing screen for solution a user is working in. Additional queries are used to assist in driving workflows, managing processes, or finding specific records in the database that are needed on a regular basis.
The Lookup screen can be opened by choosing a product-specific link such as
Classification Lookup
or FTA Lookup
from the main product menu. The screenshots in this section are taken from a Global Classification Lookup, but basic functionality is the same across all products.Some Lookups have a drop-down at the top of the grid indicating that the data for that query can be viewed via different filters, such as the countries in Global Classification.
Filters | Description |

Global View | Provides access to the entire product database stored within Global Classification. |
Country View | Displays only the products within the presently selected country (for example, United States). |
