Company Maintenance

The
Company Maintenance
 screen stores the detailed information for the Parties tab of ONESOURCE Import Management. Saved companies in the
Company Maintenance
 screen can be stored as different types, which can then be referenced and pulled from the drop-down of the corresponding type in the
Parties
 tab. Within the
Company Maintenance
 screen, users can:
  • Search for an existing company
  • Add a new company
  • View existing companies
  • Edit an existing company
  • Delete an existing company
Company Maintenance is accessed by clicking
Company Maintenance
 under the
Maintenance
 menu option within the user name drop-down.
Once the
Company Maintenance
 screen is selected, a grid displaying saved companies will appear, similar to the grid below. Company information, details, and parties may be searched, edited, deleted or added from this screen.
