FTA
The
Free Trade Agreement
tab identifies any qualifying record and/or FTA Certificate of Origin on file for all line item(s) associated with the invoice. If the system finds a line with a qualifying FTA
record, the FTA tab will display the FTA line item along with Requested Certificates, Qualifying Products, Selected Certificates, and Available Certificates in collapsible sections.If there are no previously selected Certificates, then there will be a hyperlink to request a certificate in ONESOURCE's
Free Trade Agreement Management
module.If a Certificate is requested, the
Status
column will show as Submitted
.Clicking a Certificate name under the
Request Name
column links the user to the Certificate Generation
screen in ONESOURCE Free Trade Agreement Management.important
The FTA User Guide describes the Certificate request process in further detail.
To add an associated certificate to the
Selected Certificates
section, go to the Available Certificates
section, locate the needed certificate, and click Add
.
To remove a certificate from this section, click
Remove
preceding the certificate. This returns the certificate to the Available Certificates
section.
