Once logged in, click on the
Import
menu to see a list of the available options. To open a screen, place the cursor over the screen name and click.
Depending on how Import Management was configured during implementation, the following screens may be available from the menu. An overview of each screen available in Import Management is provided in the following sections.

Import Lookup | Provides a way to query high-level overview of information or more specifically targeted/filtered records within ONESOURCE Import Management. |
Import E-mail Template Management | Provides information about (and the ability to create, edit, and delete) e-mail templates available in the system. |
Import Invoice Template Management | Provides information about available templates that can be edited, voided, and/or created. New invoices can also be created using system-stored templates. |
Import Management | Stores invoice information in the system. Shipment invoices can be created, voided, and/or deleted via this screen. |
Edit Classifications | Provides a link to the “Edit Classifications” screen for products in ONESOURCE Global Classification. |
Import Search | Provides a tool to search for imports by various parameters (e.g. AccountNum, Status, ShipmentRefNum, etc.). |
