Reconciliation Date Type | Customs Release Date (code = '00')* : This refers to the "Notice Date" from the customs response file for general trade when the goods are marked as "released" (channel code "K") in the response file.In simpler terms, this is the date customs officially releases the imported goods after clearing them. Customs Declare Date (code = '01')** : This refers to the "Notice Date" from the customs response file for general trade when the goods are marked as "received by customs" (channel code "L") in the response file. This indicates the date customs receives your declaration for the imported goods. Sheet Declare Date (code = '02')* : This refers to the "Manage Date" of the clearance document if the customs response for the clearance document is "approved." Alternatively, it can refer to the "InvtDclTime" of the clearance document if it's not yet approved or there's no response file. This can be understood as the date your declaration for clearing the goods is submitted or accepted by the customs system. important
The choice of Reconciliation Date Type depends on the specific details of your import process and the information available from customs responses. Consult your organization's customs procedures for guidance on selecting the appropriate date type. |
