Transmission History Tab

The
Transmission History
tab provides a record of all your communications with China Customs regarding the Handbook Registration process. This functionality becomes relevant after you've successfully addressed any errors and generated the registration data.
Generating Registration XML
: once you've completed all tabs (Raw Material, Finished Goods, BOM) and cleared any validation errors, you can generate the registration data in XML format by selecting the
Generate HB Registration XML
link in the top right corner of the
Handbook Registration
screen.
The generated XML file needs to be uploaded to the China Customs National Single Window (NSW) application for handbook registration.
After uploading the request XML to the NSW app, the system will generate a response XML file. This response file indicates whether the upload was successful or if there were any issues.
Importing Response Files
: use an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) tool to import both the System Response XML and (if applicable) the Customs Response XML into the Handbook Registration page.
Transmission History Tab
: once you've imported the response files, the
Transmission History
tab will display the relevant information.

The
Transmission History
tab typically has a parent level and a child level.
The
CheckInfo
field displays information from the System Response XML (e.g., "处理成功" - processing successful).
The
Customs Response
sub-tab displays details from the Customs Response XML, if applicable. The
DeclaredStatus
field shows the status of the customs response (e.g., "2-Pending/Transferred to manual audit").
