What is new in the ONESOURCE™ Global Trade Help and Support portal?

The redesigned Help and Support portal centralizes all ONESOURCE™ Global Trade documentation, guides, and support resources in a single, faster, and easier-to-navigate experience.

Why is the page changing?

The page is being updated for two reasons:
  • New Thomson Reuters visual identity.
The portal now follows the company's updated visual standard, aligned with the latest Thomson Reuters rebranding.
  • Data-driven organization and improved usability.
Content has been reorganized around what users access most, making it easier to find the right information faster. Some products are featured directly on the main page - the following five are highlighted at the top as the most accessed:
    • FTZ Management
    • Release Notes
    • Regulatory Insights
    • IMCR
    • Denied Party Screening (DPS)
All products are available via the
Browse all content
button, organized alphabetically.
