Lookup Entries Flagged for Reconciliation

On the
Adjustments
 tab within the
Reconciliation Preparation
 screen, you can apply search criteria to pull back details on underlying entries flagged for various types of reconciliation, within a certain date range.
  1. Select the relevant
    Reconciliation Flag
    . These values align with the flags that are sent on the original entry data to US Customs.
    important
    If an underlying entry(s) was flagged for both FTA (008) and another Reconciliation type (001-007), the FTA (008) Reconciliation entry summary must be filed first before the other
    Reconciliation Entry Summary
     type (001-007) can be filed.
  2. Select a
    From
     date to represent the earliest applicable
    Entry Date
     to pull in, and also a
    To
     date to represent the latest applicable
    Entry Date
     to pull in.
  3. Click on
    Search
     to see the results returned back. The results will represent all entries within the Reconciliation module which match on Recon Flag and have an
    Entry Date
     between the
    From
     and
    To
     dates selected.
