will update the English display structure of Japan Export Control Numbers (ECNs) for the Export Trade Control Order (ECO) / Appendix 1
and Foreign Exchange Order (FEO)
lists.The mapping includes ECNs affected by both the previously announced bracket formatting update and the
Ko (項) / paragraph-level structure
update. Where an ECN is impacted by both changes, the table reflects the final English ECN value that will be displayed after implementation. Neither change affects Japan's export control regulations, control criteria, or licensing obligations.You can download this spreadsheet, which provides the mapping of current ECN values to their corresponding updated ECN values effective
