Renewing client access token
What it is
When submitting declarations to HMRC, users need to go through an authorization process. This is done by an access token. The access token lasts for 4 hours and needs to be renewed every 18 months. This functionality shall notify users when the access token is about to expire, so they can renew it in time.

Cancel supplementary declaration functionality
What it is
Use
Cancel Supplementary Declaration
to cancel an existing declaration when customs return it completely. This action releases all linked Simplified Declarations
, allowing reassignment to a new Supplementary Declaration

Rejection error code description
What it is
When customs reject a declaration, they simply send error codes. That doesn’t clearly indicate what the problem is. We’ve linked error codes to detailed descriptions for improved understanding.

Customers will be able to understand the error on the declaration and correct the data before transmitting the declaration again.
DVA emergency procedure and third party release
When customs system is down, users can file emergency declarations offline. The system shall allow creating a copy of the declaration as per the new format in NCTS5. Users will also be able to indicate declarations filed via third party outside of the OneSource system.
