: This update enhances data integrity and user interface by permanently removing all outdated code list entries previously marked with "REMOVED" in their descriptions. This cleanup affects all dropdowns and selection fields across the system, ensuring they no longer display these obsolete options.

What it is
: This update targets data handling within our customs declaration systems, specifically addressing the issue of leading and trailing spaces in data fields. Previously, such spaces caused XML schema validation errors, leading to transmission failures. With the implementation of automatic space removal, the system now ensures clean data transmission.

NCTS5 (DVA): Unloading Remarks Auto-Population & Discrepancy Handling

What it is
: This update introduces an automated data transfer from the
Unloading Permission (IE043)
 to the
Unloading Remarks (IE044)
. Upon receiving unloading permission from customs, the relevant data is now automatically copied into the unloading remarks form. This allows you to easily verify and adjust the data if necessary before submitting the final IE044 message back to customs.

: We have enhanced the system to automatically update customs declarations to a "Rejected" status if they encounter a technical error during transmission. Now, the error file is directly linked and the error message is displayed on the declaration screen.
