Ability to auto generate MLA request number

What it is
: In the latest update for the MLA platform, an auto-generate functionality for request numbers has been introduced. This new feature automatically generates a request number when creating MLA requests for Gaihi Hantei, Shipment, or Company (Denied Party Screening) records. This change is applicable from version 25.3 onwards. Administrators must activate this feature in the system settings and configure the request number template.

Multi-level approval request processing - Approve, Reject, Partial Reject

What it is
: We have introduced a new
Partially Rejected
 functionality to the MLA platform. Previously, users could only approve or reject items at the approval step level, but now you can make decisions on individual products or approval items. This update allows users to add review comments directly to each item.
Benefit to you
: This enhancement allows you greater flexibility and precision in your decision-making process. You can now approve or reject specific products or approval items independently, rather than handling them as a group. This tailored approach can significantly streamline your workflow and improve efficiency in managing approvals.
Important note to you
: We've introduced a new approval step status called
Partially Rejected
. Here's a quick rundown of the status definitions:
  • Approved:
     All items are approved, and hence the approval step status is set to Approved.
Similarly, if all approval step under an MLA request is approved then request status is approved.
  • Rejected:
     All items are rejected, and hence the approval step status is set to Rejected.
Similarly, if all approval step under an MLA request is rejected then request status is rejected.
  • Partially Rejected
    : A mix of approved and rejected items, marking the approval step status as Partially Rejected.
Similarly, if some approval step under an MLA request is approved and some partially rejected, then request status is Partially Rejected. This new status will help you track the progress of each item more accurately.

Modernization of Multi-level approval grids

What it is
: We have updated the
All Requests
 and
Pending Request
 grids in our software. This update includes new features such as data filtering options, pagination, a full-screen view, and the ability to customize grid columns.
