: We are pleased to announce the release of new functionalities in our document management system for the

FTA Legacy: SPP Supplier Supporting Documents

feature. This update allows users to upload and manage supporting documents for multiple part numbers across various FTAs, similar to the existing functionality in Solicitation. The system now supports a range of file types, including jpg, gif, png, pdf, bmp, xls, and xlsx.

Additionally, we've made enhancements to the document generation and submission processes, ensuring they are more robust and user-friendly.

What it is

: The

FTA Downloaded Report

functionality has been updated in version 24.1 to ensure downloaded files now include all data displayed on-screen across various tabs and reports. Key updates include the addition of the Products Overview tab, alignment of headers, and reorganization of data for clarity and consistency. This enhancement also incorporates new tabs for FTA savings by potential trade lane (Origin, Export, and Import) and ensures the tab order matches the screen layout. Report files now accurately reflect on-screen data, including updates for non-FTA users and hidden tabs for clients without FTAs. Additionally, automated validations were implemented to maintain quality and reliability.

: We have added a new

FTA Updates and News

menu item to the FTA navigation menu. This menu item includes two submenu options: FTA Rule Updates and FTA Newsletter, each linking to our Help and Support page for detailed information. These links open in a new tab and provide updates on rule changes, new FTAs, and modifications to existing FTAs. This feature is accessible to authenticated and unauthenticated users.

: We have enhanced the

SPP Supplemental

fields functionality by introducing the ability to save extra information by individual agreements within a solicitation. This update involves dynamic tabs that display agreements distinctly and allow data entry specific to each agreement. Additionally, we have incorporated a tooltip to inform users that the data entered will not be included in reports or synced with solicitation admin. This feature maintains backward compatibility with data saved prior to this update.
