Open Query
feature is deprecated and replaced with
Saved Queries
for improved security.
Benefit to you
: These updates ensure better scalability, reliability, and user experience across the platform. You can now process files in parallel without conflicts, access modal windows without session interruptions, and export reports faster with the new raw Excel option. The Saved Queries feature offers enhanced security and performance, protecting your data integrity.
Annex 30 Report logic adjustment for rectified pedimentos
What it is
: We have updated the logic for the
Annex 30 Discharges Report
in the
IMMEX
system to ensure compliance with legislative requirements for rectifier pedimentos. This adjustment includes handling pedimentos rectified in the same fiscal year, across different fiscal years, and managing multiple rectifications. The report logic now accurately replaces or relocates pedimentos based on the fiscal year and rectification timing. The TXT file generated reflects these changes for seamless reporting.
Benefit to you
: This update ensures that your Annex 30 Discharges Report aligns with government requirements, reducing validation errors during SAT reviews. You can now generate reports that accurately reflect rectified pedimentos, improving compliance and reducing manual adjustments. Handling of multiple rectifications has been streamlined, enhancing data accuracy and consistency across fiscal periods.
