Authentication Only Single Sign On

What it is:
We are introducing enhanced authentication configuration options for customers using Single Sign-On (SSO).
Available Authentication Methods
:
  • SSO Only:
     No changes have been made.
  • Authentication-Only SSO (Default)
    : Users can log in exclusively via SSO. Username and password authentication is disabled.
  • Authentication-Only
    SSO and Username/Password
    : Users can log in either via SSO or through the login page using their credentials.

To enable dual authentication methods (SSO and Username/Password) for specific users, their profile must be updated in the User Management page by a User Administrator. If the SSO configuration option is not visible in User Management, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
