What it is:
With this release, we've introduced high‑risk approval item handling including configurable workflow‑level risk flags, and read‑only high-risk indicators across key screens such as the
Request Header
,
Approval Item Grid
, and
All/Pending Requests
. Risk flags can be configured as per business need and risk level will be recalculated automatically for new and copied requests when approval items change, ensuring that only high-risk compatible workflows will be selected for any approval request with high-risk items in.

Configurable approval areas with system settings for custom workflows and enhanced flexibility in MLA

What it is:
We have introduced configurable approval areas to enable additional approval areas for customers who may need more than one type of shipment approval request.
  • Configurable approval areas:
    We added three generic placeholders that can be mapped to real business processes (e.g., Delivery Order, Purchase Order, Sales Order, etc) via decode values.
  • Two new approval area for Gaihi Hantei:
    • Gaihi Hantei
      - Standard solution integrated in Global Classification page.
    • Future Gaihi Hantei
      - Solution to schedule future classification of approval items.

Ability to cancel MLA pending requests

What it is:
We added full cancel-request capability for pending MLA requests in
Request Details
. Eligible users can cancel requests via a confirmation modal. We also introduced a read-only 'Cancelled by' field, enforced robust access rules, preserved history, and send cancellation notifications.

Our improvements maintain workflow integrity and traceability while ensuring you receive timely cancellation notifications and can easily see who cancelled each request.

Improved Lookup filter functionality with enhanced usability and guidance

What it is:
The lookup default filter has been improved so that when you click
“Clear Filter”
, only the filter value is cleared while the operator remains unchanged. The interface now makes it easier to remove the default filter entirely, and clear guidance is provided within the grid to explain how filters work and how to remove them.

UDMA - Enhanced archiving with six-month retention option and automated monthly checks

What it is:
Our system now supports an optional six-month retention window for screening records, in addition to the existing 1-year and 2-year
retention periods. High-volume tables are archived more frequently, and the system performs monthly automated checks to identify records eligible for archiving. The archiving logic has been refined to calculate eligibility based on the current date, ensuring a more dynamic and accurate approach to managing data lifecycles.
