Denied Party Screening (DPS)
Standard company partner interface updated to prevent partial imports due to invalid duplicates
What it is:

is detected in input data. All entities in the file are now processed together, ensuring that none are partially updated.important
Given that you may be accustomed to the behavior of your instance of the Standard Company Partner Interface, we have not automatically deployed this change to all customers. If you would like this functionality enabled for your DPS instance as well, please contact our support team.

You avoid partial uploads when input data contains duplicates. This update strengthens data integrity, so your entities are either fully imported or none are changed, preventing inconsistent DPS status
and reducing manual corrections.Add new stopword "Manufacturing"

and Hong Kong (HK)

New lists added
What it is
: We have strengthened our regulatory compliance tools by adding coverage for new sanction and enforcement lists from the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the European Commission. This update reflects our commitment to delivering comprehensive compliance solutions.Regulation List Name | Organization Name | Details |
|---|---|---|
OFAC - Enforcement Actions | U.S. Department of the Treasury | The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) enforces civil penalties for violations, considering factors such as the nature of the breach and self-disclosure. Actions may include warnings, fines, or criminal referrals, with penalty amounts adjusted annually for inflation. |
European Union - High-Risk Third Countries | European Commission | This list identifies jurisdictions with strategic deficiencies in anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT) regimes. Inclusion signals gaps in legal frameworks, enforcement, or international cooperation, as assessed by the FATF and recognized by the EU. Entities engaging with these countries should apply enhanced due diligence and risk mitigation in line with EU and international standards. |
Benefit to you
: The integration of the DPS list into the enforcement lists category, along with sanction list data, will significantly benefit Thomson Reuters and its clients. By incorporating this unique data, it broadens risk visibility across recent enforcement actions and high-risk jurisdictions, facilitating better decision-making and more successful outcomes.New enhancement: Dow Jones Trae and MAE list
