What it is:
Now you can benefit from expanded visibility for BPM
spreadsheet
uploads across the platform. Previously, users could only see BPM spreadsheet uploads from others within the same security group. In this 26.2 release, users with admin-level
access can also view spreadsheet uploads from the additional groups they manage, based on system configuration, giving administrators a complete view of all relevant uploads.Benefit to you:

What it is:
In the 26.2 update, you can now customize your email notification preferences within the MLA
platform, allowing you to opt out of specific MLA request notifications while keeping your MLA role and access. A new Email Notifications tab has been added to the MLA page, where you can opt in or out of individual email templates, including:- Request creation
- Pending approval
- Approved
- Rejected
- Others
Admins can view and manage notification preferences for all MLA users, including distribution lists.

You now have full control over which MLA email notifications you receive, reducing inbox noise without affecting your ability to view or approve requests. Your preferences save automatically and persist across sessions, making the experience seamless and low maintenance. user matrix to store login, first name, and last name directly in MLA, so your information displays correctly across grids and reports.Benefit to you:

Enhanced request management: Editable IsUrgent field in MLA
What it is:
Approval managers can now update the IsUrgent
checkbox on in-progress (Pending) requests directly from the Request Details
page. Key features are:- Real-time urgency updates without page reload
- No confirmation popups or save buttons required
- Automatic save to database
- Read-only for completed requests (Approved/Rejected/Cancelled/Partially Rejected)
- Access-controlled based on approval area and division permissions

What it is:
We've streamlined how approval request links appear in external modules (Shipment, Company, Gaihi Hantei, etc.). What changed:- "Create approval request" / "Request approval" links now display based solely on approval area enablement

- Access validation moved to MLA page with clear permission messages
- Consistent behavior across all external modules

For the 26.2 release, the View Details
link for Gaihi Hantei
classification records now automatically takes you to the right tab.- Current classification records → Opens "Current Classifications" tab
- Future classification records → Opens "Scheduled Updates" tab
This works consistently across all entry points (request details, new request, copy request).
