What it is:

In this 26.2 release, we have updated the

Multilevel BOMs Report

to include two new columns:

Commercial Unit of Measure (UMC)

— the unit of measure used for the transaction quantity — and

Tariff Unit of Measure (UMT)

— the unit of measure used to determine customs values, tariffs, and contributions.

The inclusion of these measures ensures clarity in customs reporting and helps mitigate risks tied to outdated or missing material master data. By presenting this relevant data, this enhancement increases system reliability and supports your operational and compliance needs effectively.

What it is:

This release introduces an automated feature for the

Value Manifest (Electronic)

system. You can now retrieve and auto-populate data such as COVEs, invoices, and pedimento details directly by entering a pedimento number in the new

Pedimento Number

field. The system automatically displays and populates related data in the respective grids and tabs.

Benefit to you:

This update significantly reduces manual data entry, improves accuracy, and enhances efficiency in managing Value Manifests. Additionally, manual data remains intact during auto-population, ensuring flexibility in managing your data.

What it is:

We have enhanced the invoice screen in the

IMMEX

system by adding two new tabs:

Incrementables

and

Decrementables

. These tabs allow you to register additional values directly related to modifying merchandise value, ensuring compliance with Mexican customs regulations. Each tab includes dynamic grids where you can add, edit, and remove rows containing details like amount, currency, and exchange rate. Currently this information is only informative and is not transported to other parts of the system.

This update streamlines the process of managing incrementable and decrementable costs directly within the invoice screen. You can now efficiently comply with Mexican customs regulations by using official concept lists, ensuring accurate data entry and persistence in the system.

What it is:

We introduced comprehensive logging functionality for invoice-related actions within the

IMMEX

module, now recording detailed logs whenever specific invoice events occur. Additionally, a

View Log

option has been added to the invoice context menu, allowing you to access a full history of changes.

This update ensures full traceability for invoice actions, enhancing audit capabilities and compliance adherence. By providing detailed records of all modifications, including previous and new values, you can easily track changes to invoices.

What it is:

We have introduced a new configuration parameter for the

Pedimento Summary Report

. This enhancement allows you to filter the report to display only temporarily imported items by hiding definitive import lines.

Benefit to you:

This update improves the accuracy and clarity of the Pedimento Summary Report by allowing you to track temporarily imported item balances without the confusion of mixed data.

What it is:

Enhancement to the

Expediente Digital

workflow functionality to support processing for two types of clients: those using IMMEX (existing process with invoice data) and those using only Expediente Digital without invoice data in the system. The workflow now operates autonomously regardless of whether invoice data exists.

Benefit to you:

Expands system capabilities to serve standalone Expediente Digital clients, increases system flexibility by removing dependency on invoice data, enables continuous document processing for all client types, improves overall system performance with independent workflow execution, and ensures business continuity for critical compliance documentation regardless of data availability.
