IP Full Access Group Gains Direct MLA Access

What it is:
We enhanced the MLA application to allow users in the IP Full Access Group to access MLA directly, without requiring setup in the MLA User Matrix or assignment to MLA Security Groups. If you belong to the IP Full Access Group you can now directly access the MLA screen and view all available screens, tabs, and related details, even if you are not configured as a MLA user or admin in the application. This includes visibility into requests, workflows, approval steps, user matrix, pending requests, request templates, and request number templates. You can also perform actions such as adding or modifying users, workflows, requests, and template details, as well as use standard grid capabilities like filtering, sorting, and managing columns. Navigation elements such as breadcrumbs, tabs, and detail pages will continue to function normally.
Benefit to you:
You can now access, troubleshoot, and manage MLA configurations faster, without redundant access setup. Add or modify users, workflows, requests, and template details seamlessly. Use standard grid capabilities such as filtering, sorting, and column management without delays. This update streamlines implementation activities and improves customer support efficiency while keeping all existing MLA access rules, workflows, and architecture unchanged.

MLA Request Concurrency Control: Real-Time Conflict Detection and Automatic Updates

What it is:
We enhanced the MLA Request feature with Concurrency Control to prevent conflicts when multiple users act on the same request at the same time. The system now detects concurrent updates in real time, automatically refreshes the Request Details page, and displays the toast message "This MLA request has already been updated by another user." This update also blocks duplicate actions, stale updates, and invalid approval sequence changes.
Benefit to you:
You gain greater confidence in your workflow, knowing that MLA Requests remain accurate and consistent even when multiple users work simultaneously. This update protects data integrity, keeps approval workflows on track, and ensures you always view the most current request details, reducing errors and improving collaboration across your team.

Urgent Notifications Enhance Approval Workflow Efficiency in MLA

What it is:
We introduced Urgent Notifications to accelerate approvals for high-priority requests. When you select IsUrgent, the system sends an immediate email notification to the current actionable approver(s) during new request creation, copy request creation, and pending approval workflows. Email subjects now include "URGENT", and notifications target only the approver(s) responsible for the current step.
Benefit to you:
You can now flag time-sensitive requests as urgent, ensuring approvers receive an immediate, clearly marked email notification. This reduces approval delays, keeps workflows moving, and respects individual email opt-in/opt-out preferences, all without disrupting existing notification behavior.
