We have enhanced the Quick Screening page by introducing the ability to add and modify company records directly within this page. This update eliminates the need to navigate to the separate Company Maintenance page for these actions, improving overall workflow efficiency.

What it is:

This update refines the email notification behavior for spreadsheet uploads in the DPS system. When a spreadsheet upload triggers a screening while a batch process is running, you will now receive separate email notifications for each process. This ensures clarity about the source and details of each screening event.

By receiving distinct notifications for batch screenings and spreadsheet upload screenings, you can better understand the results and origin of each process, enabling more efficient tracking and management of screening events.

What it is:

We have updated the Denied Party Screening (DPS) search engine configuration to include new stopwords: Technology, technologies and their variations. This adjustment ensures that these terms are properly handled during entity screenings to improve scoring accuracy.

This enhancement reduces false positives during screenings by refining how the search engine processes name elements. You can now achieve more accurate scoring when comparing similar entity names, leading to improved screening efficiency.

What it is:

We enhanced the DPS Batch Screening reliability and reporting capabilities. We implemented a transparent retry logic for transient screening failures, improved execution reporting on the Screen Management Page (SMP), and added a completion email summarizing screened vs. failed items. We also added warning logs.

You now experience fewer disruptions during batch screening, as transient failures resolve automatically without generating duplicate retry batches. The improved reporting ensures you only see final failures, giving you an accurate picture of true screening outcomes, while warning logs improve observability.

What it is:

You can now manage whether matches from different countries should be considered when the name and address option is set to AND. This feature impacts functionalities across Quick Screening, Batch Screening, Integrated Search, and Reporting. Updates include UI controls in DPS Settings, tooltip explanations, and alignment of search logic and results to this setting. The default value is NO, but it can be customized per screening profile. Additional enhancements ensure translatability and modification logs for tracking changes.
