Enhanced BOM Analysis Workflow with Queue Management, Cancellation, Mass Automation, and Improved Navigation

What it is:
We updated the BOM Analysis module with new queue management capabilities. You can now cancel analyses in In Queue or In Progress status, view a dedicated Canceled Analysis grid, and access a Failed BOMs queue. The Completed Analysis grid now includes a clickable Analysis Number that filters the Analyzed BOM queue. We also added Mass Analysis automation, deck-splitting on restart, and RVC Buffer Override/Reversal grids with history tracking.
Benefit to you:
You gain full control over your BOM analysis workflow, cancel unwanted analyses, track cancellations, and quickly investigate failures without manual searching. Automated mass analysis reduces manual intervention, while deck-splitting ensures no BOMs are lost during restarts. Direct navigation from completed analyses to filtered BOM results saves time.

Consistent RVC Buffer Application for "ALL" Agreements in BOM Analysis

What it is:
We updated the RVC Buffer logic in the BOM Analysis feature to correctly apply the buffer percentage when the Agreement field is set to "ALL" (BOM Analysis > Qualification Info). Previously, selecting "ALL" caused the system to ignore the configured buffer%, producing results as if no buffer existed. The fix ensures the "ALL" setting applies uniformly across all applicable FTAs, while per-FTA buffer configurations continue to take precedence over the "ALL" setting when both are defined.
Benefit to you:
You can now configure the RVC buffer% once using Agreement = "ALL" and trust that the system enforces it consistently across every FTA in scope. This eliminates the risk of non-compliant BOMs incorrectly passing validation, strengthens compliance accuracy, and reduces manual effort by removing the need to set the buffer individually per FTA.

Enhanced FTA Rule Detection with Daily Alerts, BOM Impact Analysis, and Transition Handling

What it is:
We expanded the FTA rule change detection engine to automatically identify BOMs impacted by FTA rule updates across all agreements. We introduced new daily workflows to retrieve rule changes since a given date, end-of-year (EOY) rule transition detection, and performance-optimized database indexes.
Benefit to you:
You now can view the BOMs that are impacted when FTA rules change and which of your BOMs carry a Certificate of Origin (CO) risk. The system flags impacted BOMs for review, supports multi-day recovery if the workflow misses a run, and covers all your subscribed agreements. EOY transitions are handled separately from mid-year changes, ensuring the correct rule applies to each BOM period and reducing your compliance exposure.

Enhanced BOM Analysis, Certs & Letters, and Solicitation Reliability

What it is:
We updated several areas of the BOM Analysis, Certs & Letters, Solicitation Management, and Supplier Dashboard modules. Key changes include updated confirmation messaging on the Launch Mass BOM Analysis tab, a fix to the BOM Upload ProductAttribute dropdown, signature data insertion into txdCertParty on the Certs & Letters page, and fixes for Solicitation sending.
Benefit to you:
You now receive a clearer warning before running mass BOM operations, reducing the risk of unintended large-scale processing. The ProductAttribute fix allows you to reset values to blank on BOM Upload. Signature company data now flows correctly into generated documents on Certs & Letters. Solicitation sending works reliably with re-solicited products, and a new platform technology upgrade keeps your system on a supported and stable runtime.

Enhanced Rule Change Analysis with Bulk BOM Rerun, Side-by-Side Comparison, and Certificate Issuance

What it is:
We updated the Rule Change Analysis tab on the FTA BOM Rule Analysis screen with three sub-tabs: Unknowns, Passed, and Failed. You can now select and rerun multiple BOMs in bulk, compare old and new Rules of Origin side by side, export results to Excel, and issue certificates directly from the Passed and Failed tabs. A new Resolved column tracks certificate issuance status per row, as well as color indicator on Passed and Failed tabs to show the rows that have been resolved.
Benefit to you:
You can reanalyze multiple BOMs at once instead of one at a time, reducing compliance review time significantly. The side-by-side rule comparison and direct Detail View navigation help you make faster, more informed decisions. Issuing certificates and tracking resolution without leaving the screen streamlines your workflow and keeps your FTA compliance process accurate and efficient.

Expanded RVC/QVC Calculation Support for EU-India and Great Britain-India Agreements

What it is:
We expanded RVC/QVC calculation support for the Great Britain-India trade agreement. We added new RVC methods across the BOM Dataset, Rules Entry, Detail View, Result Mapping, and Content Database. These calculations are now available alongside existing methods such as Wholly Obtained and Tariff Shift.
Benefit to you:
You can now determine product origin more accurately under the Great Britain-India agreement. The new RVC methods give you flexible pricing bases using both build-up and build-down formulas. You can also blend tariff shifts with QVC calculations, map RVC results to preference criteria, and view all calculations directly in the Detail View at both the finished good and component levels.
Important:
These changes will also apply to the EU-India FTA, but that doesn't yet have a specific target date for entry into force.

Supplemental Fields Added to FTA Supplier Dashboard and Solicitation Management for Enhanced Data Handling

What it is:
We enhanced the FTA Modernization Supplier Dashboard and Solicitation Management pages to support Supplemental Fields in the product grid. Agreement-specific fields such as RVC Begin Date, RVC End Date, Labor Value Content, Accumulation Non-Originating Value, Certification Indicator, Steel, and Aluminum are now available across all tabs: Incomplete, Complete, Submitted, Approved, and Ready for Review.
Benefit to you:
You can now view, edit, bulk update, download, upload, and copy supplemental field data directly in the modern interface, eliminating the need to switch to the legacy page. Use Manage Columns to control column visibility, Action > Edit for bulk updates, and Download all / Upload products for spreadsheet-based workflows. The Copy to other FTA function also carries supplemental values to the target agreement automatically.

Modern Solicitation Enhancements and Streamlined Product Management

What it is:
We updated the Modern Solicitation Management system with several enhancements across product record management and upload controls. We replaced the per-row Void action with a single Void All Product Records button and introduced upload control logic that disables the Upload button when no incomplete products exist in a solicitation.
Benefit to you:
These updates allows the users to efficiently void all products in a submission, consistent with legacy system behavior. The upload restriction prevents suppliers from adding unnecessary product entries once a solicitation is complete, protecting data integrity throughout the process.
