Dismiss Custom HS Suggestions and Track Status in Modernized Work Queues

What it is:
We added a Dismiss Suggestion action to the Custom HS tab in modernized Work Queues. You can now dismiss custom HS suggestions directly from the Actions menu. A new Suggestion Status column and a View Dismissed Suggestions toggle are also available on this page.
Benefit to you:
You can now manage custom HS suggestions in the modernized pages the same way you did in legacy. Dismiss irrelevant suggestions, track their status, and restore or apply them at any time, keeping your classification workflow accurate and fully in your control.

Enhanced CPSC eFiling Validations and Expanded Product Identifier Support in ONESOURCE Global Trade

What it is:
On July 8th, we updated the CPSC eFiling PGA Validations for the CPS agency code in ONESOURCE Global Trade. We merged 56 new validations into the GCPGAValidations.xml file, aligned with the CPSC eFiling CATAIR Implementation Guide v2.3 (April 2026). We also expanded the Extract and Upload functions on both legacy and modernized PGA Mapping screens to include four additional Product Identifier fields: USPGAProductIdentifier_ProductCodeQualifier2, USPGAProductIdentifier_ProductCodeNumber2, USPGAProductIdentifier_ProductCodeQualifier3, and USPGAProductIdentifier_ProductCodeNumber3.
Benefit to you:
You can now validate all 56 CPS PGA data requirements before transmitting to CBP, reducing filing rejections. The expanded Extract and Upload support lets you edit complete CPS PGA records offline with full product identifier data.

DEA PGA Message Set Support for Regulated Machine Imports

What it is:
On May 1st, we updated the PGA module across FTZ and GC products to support DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) PGA Message Set data for tableting and encapsulating machines. This update inserts and configures records to align with the DEA Implementation Guide for ACE.
Benefit to you:
You can now create and submit DEA_MAC PGA records when importing regulated machines, selecting REPORT or DISCLAIM transaction types. The system enforces mandatory fields and validates data against official DEA rules, keeping your submissions accurate and compliant.

Improved Visibility Controls for Rejection Data on Gaihi Hantei Screen in Japan Expansion Module

What it is:
We updated the Gaihi Hantei classification screen in the Japan Expansion module to control the visibility of the Previous Approval Request section and the MLA Step Grid. These elements now display only when a record holds a Rejected status, and remain hidden during Draft status across all applicable current and future record scenarios.
Benefit to you:
You no longer see outdated rejection information while working on a Draft classification. This eliminates confusion caused by historical MLA rejection data surfacing during active reclassification cycles, ensuring the screen reflects only the current state of the record and keeping your workflow accurate and clear.

Japan Gaihi Hantei Flow Update: Regulation-Aligned Classification and Appendix Reordering

What it is:
We updated the Gaihi Hantei classification flow with two key changes. The Overall Result now derives exclusively from Appendix 1 (Cargo) or FEO (Technology). We also reordered appendix sections for consistency across the Gaihi Hantei tab and record screen, and introduced optional Category 16 validation when Appendix 1 result is "Out of Scope."
Benefit to you:
You now get a regulation-aligned classification outcome that prevents out-of-scope appendices from influencing the Overall Result. When Appendix 1 returns "Out of Scope," you can optionally record a Category 16 validation without it affecting the final result, keeping your process compliant with the Japanese government guide while maintaining full flexibility.
