A New Help and Support Portal Experience: Reorganized Content and Improved Navigation
What it is:
The ONESOURCE™ Global Trade Help and Support portal has been fully redesigned with a new Thomson Reuters visual identity, changing how you navigate and consume content. Some products are now organized under shared group names such as Content, Cross Platform Tools, EU Connectivity, Free Trade Agreement, IMMEX, and US Connectivity, with all items listed inside a collapsible tree structure. When you open any article, a sidebar gives you quick access to navigate the full content structure without going back to the main page.Benefit to you:
The new layout reflects how you actually use the portal, reducing the time you spend searching. You can find any product or feature more intuitively, even if you are not sure exactly where it sits in the portal. Once you are inside an article you can keep navigating, sharing, or exploring related topics without losing your place.
