Automatic PDF Conversion for IMMEX Uploads to Meet SAT Compliance
What it is:
We updated the IMMEX module to automatically convert uploaded documents to meet Mexico’s customs authority (SAT) technical specifications. On the Work With Digital Files screen (IMMEX > Work With Digital Files), the Upload button now triggers an automatic PDF conversion with maximum 3 MB file size.Benefit to you:
You no longer need to manually prepare documents before uploading. The system converts files automatically to comply with SAT requirements, reducing submission errors and rejections. If a converted file exceeds 3 MB, the system displays a clear error message and stops the submission, keeping you informed at every step.
