Importer and Exporter Dashboard

DASHBOARD

The
Dashboard
 is the first screen you see after logging into ONESOURCE Supply Chain Compliance. This screen provides a quick summary of all supplier activity.
The
Dashboard
 is user-configurable and offers the drop/drag feature to allow personalized placement of the displays. Available queries are shown under the Available Docks link on the top left side.
To add a query to the
Dashboard
, click
Add
 next to the query.
To hide a display/query, click
X
 to the top right of the desired display box.
To drag a query to another location on the screen, left click the desired query box. Hold and drag to the desired location.
To collapse a query, click
^
 to the top right of the desired display box.
Available Docks
Docks
Description
Highlighted Partners
Displays suppliers with the highest vulnerability rating out of all active partners, threat rating, and best practice count for each partner displayed.
Recent Sending/ Answer Activity
Displays suppliers who recently answered or were sent Questionnaires. Listed by supplier name, Questionnaire name, and sent/accessed date.
Current Overall Rating
Calculated by Average Vulnerability (Avg. Vulnerability), Best Practices (BP) and Number of Responses. When questions are created, you can assign BP answer(s). See the
Adding Questions
 section for more information.
  • Avg. Vulnerability
    :
    The average vulnerability rating from all partner responses (number within scale set on company profile screen).
  • Best Practices
    :
    Total number of best practices participated in by all partners.
Pass/Fail Summary
Total of passed, marginal, and failed Questionnaires. This is a customizable mark set on the
Company Profile
 screen.
Response Summary
Displays the Questionnaire Count and the number of completed, started, and not yet started Questionnaires.
Statistics Summary
A numeric breakdown of total active Questionnaires by the number of completed, started, and not started Questionnaires.
Partners Without Questionnaires
A list of partners in the system who have not been sent a Questionnaire.
Corrective Actions Pending
A list of partners who answered a Questionnaire in a manner that triggered a Corrective Action. Displays the partner name, Questionnaire, date sent, and the number of Corrective Actions associated with the Questionnaire.
Questionnaires Overdue
A list of Questionnaires that a partner has not answered by the assigned due date. Displays Questionnaire, partner name, date sent, and due date.
The
Dashboard
