GLOBAL CODES

The
Global Codes
 table can be used to enter custom settings for values to populate question drop-downs such as region, port, industry, importance, category, department, and specific partner types.
Adding a New Global Code
To add a new Global Code.
  1. Click
    Add Codes
    .
  2. Select a field name.
  3. Add an encode.
  4. Add a decode.
  5. Click
    Add
    .
Once the new global code is added, a validation message will appear on the top of the screen and the code will appear in the grid.
Deleting an Existing Global Code
To delete an existing Global Code.
  1. Determine which global code to modify.
  2. Click
    Delete Checked
    .
Once the global code is deleted, a validation message will appear on the top of the screen and the code will no longer appear in the grid.
