important
This user update is an
optional tool that is provided for convenience
. It is not required.
- You may insteadmanually update or upload IMCR rulesbased on your own processes and preferences. If you choose this route, our mass user update tools will not utilize your manual or uploaded deactivations. Our user updates will only work on the rules we are mass updating.
Regardless of the approach chosen, you are responsible for ensuring your IMCR configuration correctly reflects applicable
Section 122 requirements
for entries on or after February 24, 2026.At this time, we are still in the process of refining an additional user update that will deactivate and create Section 122 IMCR rules from existing IEEPA IMCR rules. You may continue to wait for this additional user update to be completed (ETA the next few days), or you may use the deactivation rule above for the IEEPA and upload your Section 122 manually. Please note that you can use the deactivation rule above and then also utilize the second user update to create Section 122 IMCR rules from existing IEEPA IMCR rules.
