pop-up. You can mass-apply CBMA details by filtering and selecting applicable products in the grid, entering in CBMA details in the lower portion and clicking Apply

Data Elements Needed for CBMA Reporting | Description |

Override Class | An ACE Code that identifies the fee class.

Calculation Code | A code used to determine which unit of measure to utilize with the CBMA fee rate.

Override Advalorem Rate | This field should be left blank. |
Override Specific Rate | The CBMA Rate that is to be used when calculating the fee. |
Override Supplement Rate | This field should be left blank. |
Controlled Group Name | The ‘name’ assigned to the Importer by the foreign producer.

Foreign Producer Identifier | The identifying code of the foreign producer/assigning entity named as Foreign Producer. |
Foreign Producer Name | The name of the Foreign Producer/Assigning Entity. |
Allocation Quantity | The total annual assignment to the importer by the foreign producer/assigning entity for the alcohol type and rate.

Flavor Content Credit Indicator | If the article is spirits, an indication that the Importer used an eligible flavor content ‘credit’ rate in the determination of the actual effective tax rate used to determine the tax amount. |
CBMA Rate Designation Code | An ACE code that specifies a TTB product/tranche/rate. Refer to theACE CBMA Tax Rates Table for more information. |
TTB Tax Rate (Confirmation) | The TTB Tax Rate in USD ($). The data element will be used as a confirmation of the TTB product/tranche/rate selected. |
