The system’s automation functionality includes three email notifications. These email notifications are listed below and further detailed.

Description
Final – Process Claim Notification
This notification is sent out at the end of Drawback Processing’s automation to notify users that the data processing has completed and that they can now use it to create a claim
Error – Transaction Need Review Notification
This notification is sent out whenever validation fails due to inaccurate or incomplete data
Error – Workflow Failure Notification
This notification is sent out in the event a system error occurs or when an automation event, other than Validation, fails
