Drawback Waiver Management

The
Drawback Waiver Management
screen allows you to upload waivers into the system. This is useful for viewing waivers, as well as monitoring to see when a waiver is set to expire. This screen can be opened by choosing
Waiver Management
from the
Maintenance
menu.
In order to upload a waiver into the system,you will be prompted to answer a set number of questions (for example, who the waiver is for and when it is expiring). After each question is answered, click
Submit
below the answer.
After all questions are answered, click
Submit
at the top of the screen.
After the data is in the system, it can be viewed in the
Waiver Lookup
screen.
The system can also be set to send an automated e-mail to the user when a waiver is set to expire.
Expiration time frames are determined during implementation.
