Company Maintenance
Each entity used within the ONESOURCE FTZ application (consignee, carrier, shipper, notify party) must exist in the
Company Maintenance
table. To add maintenance information for new company records, choose Company Maintenance
from the Maintenance
menu.
Adding a New Company
To add relevant data to the table, click
New
.
The
Add Company
pop-up will appear on the screen. Enter information for the new entity and save the record. Required fields will have an asterisk (*). Click Finish
when complete.
After
Finish
is clicked, the Company Maintenance
screen will refresh with information about the newly added entity. Add the Company Type and Federal ID Number, then click Save
. Once the record is saved, the company will be available in the drop-down options for ONESOURCE FTZ Management.
