    Movement Scenarios
    Description
    Movement Out Of Zone
If this is a movement out of a Foreign-Trade Zone or a Bonded Warehouse, check this box.
If this option is chosen, the system will require Customs Automated Manifest System (AMS) data. The screen reloads with the appropriately selected fields.
    Transmit AMS Info
If an AMS transmission is required, check this box. This is mandatory if:
    1. The cargo was not imported on an AMS conveyance or
    2. The Bill of Lading was not accepted in a previous bonded transaction.
When reporting Bonded Moves from a Foreign-Trade Zone or Bonded Warehouse, all carriers are non-automated, and the filer must provide full Bill of Lading information related to the movement out of the facility. Do not use the original import bill.
    important
Since AMS information is required for this type of entry, this box will automatically check if
    Movement Out of Zone
    is checked.
    Use As Template
To save this record as a template, check this box
. Make sure the Bonded Move Number is saved using a name that is easy to identify. For example, if frequent moves from Chicago to Los Angeles occur for the same consignee, the Bonded Move template could be named "ORDLAX".

    and
    Movement Scenarios
    are specified, the
    Bonded Movement
screen will reload with the required fields enabled.
