To create a
New Bonded Move
:- ClickNew Bonded Moveat the top of the screen.

- This directs you to a blankBonded Movescreen.

- Select one of the following types from theEntry Typedrop-down:Entry TypesDescriptionIT61Immediate Transportation (IT)This Entry Type is used when moving goods from one US Customs port to another where an export is not involved.TE62Transportation and Exportation (TE)This Entry Type is used when moving goods from one US Customs port to a Customs port for exportation out of the destination port.IE63Immediate Exportation (IE)This Entry Type is used when moving goods from within the same Customs port for export out of the US.Movement ScenariosDescriptionMovement Out Of ZoneIf this is a movement out of a Foreign-Trade Zone or a Bonded Warehouse, check this box.If this option is chosen, the system will require Customs Automated Manifest System (AMS) data. The screen reloads with the appropriately selected fields.Transmit AMS InfoIf an AMS transmission is required, check this box. This is mandatory if:
- The cargo was not imported on an AMS conveyance or
- The Bill of Lading was not accepted in a previous bonded transaction.
importantSince AMS information is required for this type of entry, this box will automatically check ifMovement Out of Zoneis checked.Use As TemplateTo save this record as a template, check this box. Make sure the Bonded Move Number is saved using a name that is easy to identify. For example, if frequent moves from Chicago to Los Angeles occur for the same consignee, the Bonded Move template could be named "ORDLAX". - Once theEntry TypeandMovement Scenariosare specified, theBonded Movementscreen will reload with the required fields enabled.
