Reviewing the Status of a Transmitted File (Bonded Movement Summary)
To check the status of a transmitted file, choose
Bonded Movement Summary
from the QPWP
menu. The Bonded Move Summary
screen will display a grid showing all Bonded Move statuses.
Search for a Bonded Movement
There are two ways to search in the
Bonded Movement Summary
screen.The first type of search uses the
Search
and for fields at the top of the screen. Use the drop-down to choose a column to search by, then enter a value in the for
field. Click Go
… to generate the search results.
The second type of search uses the
Show Me
drop-down. Options include:- IT61 and TE62s that have not been arrived
- TE62 and IE63s that have not been exported
- TE62s that have been arrived but not exported

Choose a Bonded Move from the grid and click
Replies
. This will open the specifics on a reply from Customs.
Bonded Movement Replies & Details
Clicking
Replies
will open the Bonded Movement Replies
screen. To view additional details, click Detail on the far right.
Clicking
Detail
will open the Bonded Movement Reply Detail
screen. This screen will display the error message or indicate that the InBond was accepted.
Once the cause of the rejection is determined, take the appropriate corrective action, re-validate and re-transmit the data. Once the Bonded Move has been authorized, return to the
Bonded Move
screen and open the Header
tab. Click Generate Report
to produce the CF7512 form for printing.

QP Authorized
bar code will print in the body of the form:
