Saving a Template
To save a template, open the
Bonded Movement Summary
screen from the QPWP
menu. Create a new Bonded Move and check Use as Template
.Make sure the Bonded Move Number is saved using a name that is easy to identify and only uses alphanumeric code: numbers and letters. For example, if frequent moves from Chicago to Los Angeles occur for the same consignee, the Bonded Move template could be named
ORDLAX
.Fill out the fields to be used in the template, and then click
Update
. The record will then be saved as a template in ONESOURCE Foreign-Trade Zone Management.
Save Template as Bonded Move Number
Clicking
Save Template As Bonded Move Number
will create a new Bonded Move based off the entered data but will not save it as a template.
Templates can also be updated to reflect all desired data for use in future Bonded Moves.
