Concur to Goods Received
Whether or not a zone is authorized for Direct Delivery, the last step is the manifest concurrence. This step informs CBP that the goods have been received and verified and that the manifest can be posted. When the concurrence message is sent, the reported manifest quantities will be automatically posted to the Bill of Lading in AMS.
