Concurrences Detail (Perform Operator Concurrence)
In a standard admission (i.e., non-Direct Delivery), the
Accepted, Quantity not Verified
step is called an operator concurrence. Because an admission request may be submitted by an applicant without the involvement of the operator, the operator must transmit a concurrence accepting the goods into the zone (without verifying quantities) before CBP can authorize the admission.As data is being entered, work may be saved at any time by clicking
Save
. Upon completing data entry, click Transmit
to send to CBP.

Admission Number | Select the appropriate 214 number to which the concurrence is submitted. |
Identification Qualifier | Select the FTZ Admission Number. |
Identification Number | This field automatically defaults to the selected Admission Number. |
Subject to Bioterrorism Act | This field defaults to N (No) and is not applicable for an Operator Concurrence. |
Received Quantity | This field is not required for an Operator Concurrence. |
Delivery Code | This field defaults to Final Manifest Reported and is not applicable for an Operator Concurrence. |
IRS Identifier | This field is not required for an Operator Concurrence. |
FIRMS | This field is not required for an Operator Concurrence. |
Airport Code | This field is not required for an Operator Concurrence. |
Container Number | This field is not required for an Operator Concurrence. |
Remarks | A freeform text that is not sent to CBP. |
