Modify Reservations

The
Modify Reservations
 screen is used for modifying or removing reservations and holds. This screen can be opened by choosing
Modify Reservations
 from the
Processing
 menu.
To edit a reservation, choose a reservation from the grid below and click
Edit
 on the left. Make any necessary changes, and then save. You can also add any notes while editing.
To remove a reservation, choose a reservation from the grid below and click
Remove
 on the left. The reservation will no longer appear on the grid.
The columns in the
Modify Reservations
 screen can be filtered to make it easier to locate a specific reservation. To use this function, click
Show/Hide Filter
 at the top right of the grid.
Choose a column to filter, enter a parameter, and select a filter. Multiple filters can be used at a time to further narrow down search results.
