Price Data
The
Price Data
screen is used for maintaining and updating price information. Price data is interfaced from the refinery systems. The screen will display all price data interfaced and can be used to add, modify, or remove interfaced price data. Price data can be maintained for any product class and category for a specified period of time of any length. This screen can be opened by choosing Price Data
from the Maintenance
screen.There are two methods in which Price Data can be handled:
Price data handle type | Description |
|---|---|
Pricing by Class & Category | Values for domestic receipts will be based on an average price of the products in a Class and Category to create the Class/Category price information. |
Pricing by Product Number | Values for domestic receipts will be based by product rather than an average based on Class/Category. You will need to contact an account manager or support to initiate this process. |
To add a new price data item, click
Add Record
. A new line with read-write fields will appear at the top of the grid. Enter the necessary information and click Insert
.To edit a price data item, choose a line in the grid below and click
Edit
on the far left. The fields will become read-write. Make any necessary changes and click Update
.To delete a price data item, choose a line in the grid below and click
Delete
.
