Product Cross Reference
The
Product Cross Reference
screen is used for maintaining a product under a different product number in your Yield System than the Product Number stored in ONESOURCE FTZ Petro. This screen can be opened by choosing Product Cross Reference
from the Maintenance
menu.Cross references are only needed to map products that are stored differently between a Yield System and ONESOURCE FTZ Petro.
Cross references | Description |

SourceProductNum | The Yield System’s Product Number. |
DestinationProductNum | The Product Number stored in ONESOURCE FTZ Management. |
Adding an Entry
To add an entry, click
Add Record
.
A new line with read-write fields will appear at the top of the grid. Enter the necessary information and click
Insert
. You will need to contact the account manager or support to enter an initial entry.
Editing an Existing Entry
To edit an entry, choose a line in the grid below and click
Edit
on the far left.
The fields will become read-write. Make any necessary changes and click
Update
.
Deleting an Existing Entry
To delete an entry, choose a line in the grid below and click
Delete
.
Clicking
Delete
will open the Delete
confirmation pop-up. Click OK
to proceed or Cancel
to cancel the deletion.
