Contacts

The
Contacts
tab is used for storing individual contact information associated with the entity.
To view existing contact information:
  1. Choose a contact from the grid below.
  2. Click the contact’s corresponding
    Edit
    link on the left.

Company Information

Clicking
Edit
opens the
Company Information
section of a pop-up. This section contains fields for adding individual contact information for a contact.
Enter all required data and then click
Next
.

ACE Contact Information

The
ACE Contact Information
tab is used for storing associated ACE entity roles and Travel Documents that may apply to the specific individual contact for the selected entity.
Individuals may have multiple roles or applicable Travel Documents.
All valid roles and Travel Documents can be stored within the
Company Maintenance
screen and associated to an individual. New Roles or Travel Documents can be selected from the drop-downs on this screen and associated by clicking
Add
.
To finalize the individual contact information, click
Finish
.
