Deleting PGA Data

In some instances, PGA data attached to a Global Classification record may need to be deleted. Deletions can be performed within the
All Products
tab of the
PGA Mapping
screen.
To perform individual deletions:
  1. Choose one or more records from the grid below to be deleted. After these records are identified, check their corresponding box(es) on the far left.
  2. Click
    Delete
    .
To perform a mass deletion:
  1. Check the
    Select All
    box above the grid to select all PGA records.
  2. Click
    Delete
    .
After
Delete
is clicked, a confirmation box will appear, asking you to confirm that this PGA data is to be deleted.
  • To confirm, click
    OK
    .
  • To drop all changes, click “
    X
    ” or
    Cancel
    .
If
OK
is clicked, the PGA data for the selected Agency and Program code will be deleted from the record and a success validation message will appear on the
PGA Mapping
screen. The deletion will automatically be logged as a new entry in the Audit Log for reference purposes.
