Import Management

Within the ONESOURCE Import Management solution, the
Import Invoice Management
 screen can be used to view and store specific shipment information. PGA data can be stored at an invoice line level in this solution. PGA data can be viewed under the
Details
 tab.
To manage PGA records:
  1. Choose a detail line item.
  2. Move the cursor over the downward pointing arrow to the left of the
    Line Num
     column.
  3. Click
    Manage PGAs
    .
  4. Any existing PGA data will become visible under the
    PGA
     tab.
To add new PGA data:
  1. Click
    Add PGA Record
    .
