Missing PGA Records

The Global Classification version of the PGA Mapping
screen contains a Missing PGA Records
sub-tab for both the Import
and Export
tabs. If a product has been classified with an HS Number flagged by Integration Global Trade Content as being associated to one or more PGAs but does not presently have that specific PGA record created; the product will appear in this grid.

note

Products will remain on this grid until PGA records have been created for all PGAs that the product is flagged by.

Extract & Upload (Missing PGA Records)

To update product records as a group:

Open the Missing PGA Records
tab.

Click Extract
on the top right corner of the grid to open the Extract
pop-up.

Choose an Agency Code and Program Code to be extracted.

Click Extract
.

The extracted data will generate in the form of a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

Open the spreadsheet.

Enter the missing/updated PGA information.

Save changes.

The columns in the Excel file are formatted based on the Agency requirements that were selected for that Agency/Program Code. As a result, do not change the columns in the Excel file before re-uploading the data.

After the spreadsheet is completed, click Upload
beside the Extract
button. This will upload the final spreadsheet to the PGA Mapping
screen.
