Extend the expiration date of data currently restored

For DPS
1. In the
DPS Management
screen, select
Extend access
on the onscreen extension notification.
2. Fill out the
Request an Expiration Date Extension
information.
3. Enter a reason for extension.
4. Select
Request extension
.
After submitting your request, you will receive an email and a notification on the
DPS Management
screen once it's approved. You'll then see the updated expiration date for your restored data.
For Global Classification
1. In the
All Products Changelog
screen, select
Extend access
on the onscreen extension notification.
2. Fill out the
Request an Expiration Date Extension
information.
3. Enter a reason for extension.
4. Select
Request extension
.
After submitting your request, you will receive an email and a notification on the
All Products Changelog
screen once it's approved. You'll then see the updated expiration date for your restored data.
For FTA
1. In the
FTA Audit Log
screen, select
Extend access
on the onscreen extension notification.
2. Fill out the
Request an Expiration Date Extension

3. Enter a reason for extension.
4. Select
Request extension
