Monitor archived data retrieval requests

In the
Archive Settings
, by selecting the
Archive access requests
tab, you find detailed information about your archive data retrieval requests.
Field
Information
Product name
The specific name of the product from which the archive originates.
Request type
Specifies the type of access requested (e.g., Archive access).
Status
Indicates the status of the access request. Possible values include:
  • Access granted: you can access the records through the “DPS Management” (DPS), “All Products Changelog” (GC), or “FTA Audit Log” (FTA) screens.
  • Access denied: this status indicates that your admin hasn’t approved your request.
  • Restoring records: this status indicates access granted; the system is currently restoring the records.
  • Error: this status indicates a server issue. If you encounter this status, attempt to retry the process; if the issue persists, contact our support team.
Reviewed by
Name or identifier of the administrator who reviewed the request.
Decision date
The date on which the request was reviewed and validated.
Reason for denial
An optional message provided by the administrator explaining the reason for denial if access was not granted.
Requested by
The name or identifier of who initiated the access request.
Date of request
The specific date when the access request was initially made.
Access expiry date
The maximum date until permitted to access to the archive.
Records start year
The initial year from which the records in the archive commence.
Reason for request
An optional field where additional context or justification for the access request can be provided.
