Form FinCEN 114: Enter financial institution information
Use this Organizer to enter information regarding the taxpayer's foreign bank accounts and foreign financial assets for generating IRS Form 8938: Statement of Specified Foreign Financial Assets.
Enter each bank account/asset on a separate form.
- InOrganizer, select .
- Select the ownership of the account. This is a mandatory field for FinCEN.
- Enter the foreign country code.
- Enter the Canadian or Mexican province/state if applicable.
